Initial Payments

Interest Free Car Loan	5 months base salary repaid monthly installments over 48 months
Freight Allowance	QR 2,615 per adult
Initial Furniture Allowance	QR 55,000 Married, QR 33,500 Single (Furniture maintenance allowance of QR 5K (Married), or QR 2.5K (Single) per year after 5 years service)

Vacation	37 work days annually + 9 days official holidays per calendar year
Leave Tickets - Married Status	The Cash Value of Economy Class air tickets annually to point of origin for employee, spouse and up to 4 dependent children residing in Qatar.
Leave Tickets - Bachelor Status	The Cash value of Economy air tickets three times in each calendar year to point of origin.
Education	For up to 4 children residing in Doha in private schooling up to grade 12 (Married Status only)
Medical and Insurance	Comprehensive medical, dental and pharmaceuticals coverage for employee and onsite family. Comprehensive life and accidental insurance for employee only
End of Contract Payment	(EOC) is one month base salary for each year served. Payable at end of employee assignment (must serve at least three years).
