The careers portion of this website is powered by Monster*. Please note that your information will be stored and processed on Monster's computers in the United States. The laws on holding personal data in the United States may be less stringent than the laws of your resident country but Monster will hold and transmit your information in a safe, confidential and secure manner and will control and be responsible for your information. Monster will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties except as described below. If you object to your information being transferred or used in this way, please do not register.
Personal data such as your name, address, telephone number, career history and so on will be collected from you when you register and/or apply online and your personal data will be used to manage your registration and application. Monster and Hudson will use your information for purposes of administering the services in connection with this site.
In addition, if you use our facilities to build a CV to put in our CV database, then you will be providing us with personal data which we will use in accordance with this Statement. If your CV contains data relating to your (i) racial or ethnic origin (ii) political beliefs (iii) religious beliefs (iv) membership of a trade union (v) physical or mental health (vi) sexual life and (vii) the commission of criminal offences or criminal proceedings then you should only provide this if you agree that we may retain this information and use it in accordance with this Statement.
Personal data will be processed fairly and lawfully in adherence with the law. Reasonable and appropriate measures are taken to ensure that your personal data (including the information in your CV) is protected from unauthorized access or modification, unlawful destruction and improper use. However, the internet is an open system and neither Monster nor Hudson can or do guarantee that the personal information you have submitted will not be intercepted by others. You should be aware the CVs you complete at your current place of work may be monitored by your current employer; if you have any concerns about this, you should download our CV format, fill in and post it to the address given in the relevant job posting.
In general, we gather information about all of our users collectively, such as what areas users visit most frequently and what services users access the most. We only use such data in the aggregate. This information helps us determine what is most beneficial for our users and how we can continually create a better overall experience for our users. We may share this information with Hudson and our other partners, but only in the aggregate, so that they too may understand how users, collectively, use career areas and this site, so they may create a better overall experience for you, as well.
Hudson and Monster will not disclose information about your individual visits to this website, or personal information that you provide, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number, etc., to any outside parties, except with your consent or when we believe the law requires it. But we may record and share aggregated information with our partners. Some of our clients and partners may be located in countries outside the European Economic Area where the laws on holding personal data are less stringent.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your CV is accurate and kept up to date. If you provide details of a referee, it is your responsibility to ensure that the person is aware that you have forwarded his/her details and is happy for you to do so.
Any registration information and/or CV that you submit to the careers area of this website will be hosted on a segregated area of the Monster servers but are not viewable or obtainable by any entity other than Hudson and Monster. However, please note that if you register with or activate your CV to the careers area of this website and later attempt to register with Monster, Monster will recognise your account details. If you then continue with the registration on Monster, the handling of your registration information and your CV will be subject to the privacy commitment and terms of use which can be found on that website.
There is an area on the site where you can contact us. Any feedback that is submitted through this area becomes the property of Hudson and Monster. We may use this feedback, such as success stories, for marketing purposes, or to contact you for further feedback on the site. If you do not want your comments to be used in this way, please do not use the website to submit your feedback.
We do not specifically collect information about children. We believe that children should get their parents' consent before giving out personal information. If you are concerned about your child's use of this website, we encourage you to use Web filtering technology to supervise your child's access to the site.
If we decide to change our privacy commitment, we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone.
