This process has three stages as outlined below:

Stage 1:

You are invited to send in your CV to Hudson for a suitability review. You can view the job description and apply online.

Stage 2:

All CVs will be reviewed, following which a Hudson representative will contact those candidates whose experience and qualifications look as if they might be useful to QP. Candidates may also be asked to forward copies of their degree/diploma, passport copy, marriage certificate and children’s birth certificates. Hudson will prepare a shortlist of CVs to be sent to Qatar Petroleum for review. Because of the high volume of response, only candidates selected for interview will be contacted.

Stage 3:

Those candidates who are selected for interview with Qatar Petroleum will be asked to attend a face-to face interview. They will be advised where and when the interview will take place. Successful candidates may be offered positions at the interview, while others may be placed on hold until all interviews are completed. You may take the time to discuss with your family before you accept.

Stage 4:

Following acceptance, candidates will be required to complete a medical examination. QP will then apply for a work visa for the employee (and family if applicable). The overall recruitment process can take up to three months. At each stage in the process you will be kept informed of your progress.
